One Valentine’s Day Table, Two Ways
Since having children, Valentine’s Day and other minor holidays elevated in importance. Over the past decade, a family tradition emerged of decorating the breakfast table after the littles go to bed with fresh flowers, silly sunglasses or other dollar store gag gifts, handwritten love notes and, of course, delicious treats. This year, I’m debating - tablecloth or no tablecloth - and marveling at the transformative power of a simple layer. With so many lovely options like these or these, I’m leaning towards pretty maximalism. What do you think? XO, L
