New Neutrals

Pastels are the new neutrals. Yes, traditionally, a neutral palate connotes shades of white, ivory, beige and grey. But I'm intrigued by the idea that all colors can neutral. The trick is to dial the color back to a neutral temperature. I recently tested this theory by upholstering a gorgeous Windsor Smith sofa (sourced by Elizabeth Cooper) in super pale aqua. I think it worked! What do you think?
