My Favorite Winter Shop
As a new New Englander, I’m embracing the idea that ski jackets and winter gear aren’t just for ski trips… in fact, they are for most days between December and March (ok, May). Today, we’re snowed in. The children are all home from school (and eager to build snowmen), and I’m realizing it’s time to winterize both our wardrobes and our home, a convenient excuse to peruse my favorite shop for cold weather essentials, Gorsuch. I grew up visiting their Vail outpost with my mom, and today I’m carrying on the tradition with my daughter, albeit by logging on virtually. Gorsuch is a magical, luxurious, family-owned boutique with an alpine European flair, heirloom quality and a love of Bernese mountain dogs that rivals my own.
